the autozone in my hometown has a tester that tests the output of the transmitter. make sure the transmitter is working correctly. if it has a new battery but is still not transmitting, you have a faulty remote and it needs to be replaced. if autozone's tester shows that your remote works correctly, you have an issue with the receiver on the car. that's gonna need more diagnostic testing and you're gonna have to pay a dealer....sorry.My 2005 Toyota Corolla car remote won't work...can someone tell me how to fix it myself?re change the battreys, when you do use new one ONLY
if still not working, i think you are to cheap to pay 150 $, so don't buy a new one, just use the key like other normal people, i mean its only a Corolla :S
